1. To open the Animation Pane, on the Animations tab, in the Advanced Animation group, click Animation Pane.Take note of the numbers assigned to the placeholder pictures in the photo album:Picture 6 is the photograph of the bride.Picture 7 is the photograph of the groom placing ring on the bride’s finger.Picture 8 is the photograph of the groom’s chin.Picture 9 is the photograph of the rose bouquet.Picture 10 is the photograph of the bride and veil.Picture 11 is the photograph of the child holding the daisies.Picture 12 is the photograph of wedding cake.Picture 14 is the photograph of the table place setting.Picture 15 is the photograph of the wedding invitation.Note the following about the animations applied to each picture:Each picture has 2 animation actions – fade in and fade out. In the Animation pane, each animation has a green or red star beside it. The green stars represent the picture entrance animation effect fading in.The red stars represent the picture exit animation effect fading out.To change the pictures, but keep the animations in place, do the following:On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Select, then click Selection Pane.In the Selection Pane, you can select the corresponding picture on the slide by selecting the numbers as shown above. Right-click, click Change Picture, and then insert a picture of your choice.Do the same until you have replaced all pictures in the photo album. To add more photos, do the following:Insert a new picture, find it in the selection pane.Locate the selected picture on the slide, right-click the picture, and then click Change Picture.Select a picture and then click Insert.Change the audio file and set it to play through all photographs:To change the audio, in the Selection Pane (as shown above), click the audio file. Locate and select it on the slide and then press Delete.To insert a new audio file, on the Insert tab, in the Media group, click Audio.Choose an option from which you want to insert the audio file.Select the new audio icon, under Audio Tools, on the Playback tab, select Hide during Show and in the Start box, click Play across slides.
