● Mid-size and smaller companies are buying RPO services, fast!

● The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) market is projected to grow 12-17% in
  2013 following the market’s significant slowdown in 2012 due to a dramatic
  decrease in hiring volumes, according to new research study by Everest Group.


● Growth in the RPO market slowed to about 12% in 2012 and is currently estimated
  at about US$1.5 billion in annual contract volume (ACV).


● New buyers continue to enter the market at a rapid pace, with the market growing
  by around 50% in terms of new deal signings in 2012 (Everest Group, 3/20/13).
Conclusion
●   The RPO industry will continue to see changes, and these
    2013 projected trends should drive much of that change

●   It will be important for clients and potential clients of RPO
    firms to ensure that they take time to intimately and
    decisively understand their requirements before engaging a
    provider

●   On the other hand, RPO providers must remain nimble
    enough to respond to the rapidly evolving landscape
