Ganoderma, let alone the forms that
it came in and their

The contents of ganoderma vary at different stages of the mushroom’s growth. As a
result, ganoderma is harvested at its different stages of growth for use in various products.
The three forms are ganoderma mycelium, ganoderma lucidum and ganoderma spores.
GANODERMA MYCELIUM
Ganoderma mycelium is a product of the reishi mushroom when it is in root form. At this
stage of its growth, it is only 18-21 days old. In this stage, it contains a high concentration of
organic germanium and polysaccharide. Ganoderma mycelium has positive effects on the
human brain and is also an immune system enhancer.
GANODERMA LUCIDUM
Ganoderma lucidum is a product of reishi mushroom when in its mature state. It reaches this
state after 90 days of growth. This is a long list of health benefits associated with the
mushroom in this form. To name a few, ganoderma lucidum is an antiallergen, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory. It also balances the pH levels in the body and has a
regenerating effect on the skin.

Ganoderma spores are like the seed of the mushroom. Once the
