The vice president of public relations (VP-PR) is responsible for developing and directing a publicity program to inform members and the public about Toastmasters International. The VP-PR chairs the public relations committee and duties include writing news releases, maintaining online and community presences, and distributing promotional materials at club meetings to garner volunteers and share results of PR efforts. bringing newspaper clippings, printouts, and so on
to share with the club.
3) Announce the commencement of public relations
campaigns.

their Competent Leader award for lending a hand.
