• What is BDM-
BDM stands for Business Development Manager. Its a service provided and
registered by BRB which helps our stakeholders grow in their professional
aspects.
• Need of BDM-
Its a platform for young graduates/ undergraduates to gain an experience and
groom their management & professional skills. For companies its a platform to
launch themselves in the international arena .

5. Flow
• The BDM shall be shortlisted and screened by BRB through an interview.
• After the selection, a BDM would receive training by the company about its
products .
• The training would include four to five sessions with Q & A and mock interview
as a part of it.
• After the training, BDM shall receive a Questionnaire and a tracker
• The Questionnaire and tracker would be a way to track BDM’s work progress .
Updates on tracker would be done weekly.
• The duration of this BDM role would be 45 days.
• On successful completion of every tasks, BDM shall receive some amount of
money which shall we transferred to the BDM after the completion of 45 days
role .
6. JOB ROLE
• To do market research, market analysis, and to report market trends
• To increase traffic on the company’s web page & social media platforms
like facebook page, twitter page etc
• To generate leads and to approach potential companies which would like
to partner with the company for which you will be doing business
development.
TASKS
• Market research, market trend and supply and demand analysis of the market
of respective region of the country.
• Social media optimization of the company in the country of BDM (300 FB likes,
Follower on twitter and other social networking sites)
• At least 4 appointments shall be made by the BDM .
• Conversion of an appointment into a customer for the company.
7. TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
An amount of INR15,000 ( 250 $ ) Shall be provided to the candidate on
successful submission Of the Tasks by BDM
The breakdown of INR 15,000 ( 250 $ ) on the basis of completion of tasks is
given below :-
1) Market research, market trend and supply and demand analysis of the market
of respective country INR 5000 ( 84 $ )
2) Social media optimization of the company in the country of BDM (300 FB likes,
Follower on twitter and other social networking sites) INR 2000 ( 34 $ )
3) 4 appointments shall be made by the BDM in his/her own country INR 1000 (
17 $ )
4) Conversion of one appointment into sales or a partnership between
representated company i.e. the company for whom BD will be done and
