Aims:
•   Review our e-competencies and set goals.
•   Explore : What is effective e-learning pedagogy?


Successful if…
•   motivated by ICT, gained practical ideas for integration, set
    goals for term 4 and beyond.
•   shared understanding about what quality teaching with ICT
    looks like.
What is an effective e-learning
         pedagogy?




    ICT + PL = EPL
“e-Learning has the potential to transform the
                      way we learn. It’s about exploiting
                 technologies and using ICT effectively across
                    the curriculum to connect schools and
                 communities and to support evidence-based
                  decision making and practices in schools.”




“e-Learning can provide accessible, relevant, and high quality learning opportunities
         so that every student is better able to achieve their full potential”
* How does the selection of the digital content reflect the needs and interests of
my students?
* How will digital content be embedded into the planned programme of learning?
* How will the integration be supported by relevant offline experiences before
and after use?
* What opportunities are there for my students to work cooperatively?
* Can the digital content be combined with other relevant digital content and
learning experiences?
* How and at what stages of the learning will you assess the use of digital
content?
Pedagogies that integrate information and communication technologies
     can engage students in ways not previously possible, enhance
achievement, create new learning possibilities and extend interaction with
                     local and global communities.




Teachers play a crucial professional role in ensuring that the integration of
     ICT into pedagogies is educationally sound. They evaluate the
  appropriateness and effectiveness of available technologies, deciding
             when and how to use them with their students.
