When we receive an asset we immediately launch a marketing campaign which secures the asset,
including if needed, Rekeying, Cleanout, Boardup, Cash For Keys, and all aspects of property
preservation. Our quality control team monitors our properties on a weekly basis, and provides
written reports and photos until the asset is closed.
