approach to each project, based on identifying and analyzing

The client, an engineer with specialty in the design of product
production lines for the food and beverage industry (e.g.
Ricola, Heineken, Coca Cola, etc.) asked for an office building
with an adjacent factory hall for his expanding business,
where his engineering team could assemble their custom
made products.

The Student Center represents the focal point of all non-
academic activities for the campus. It is the center for formal
and informal encounters with students and other members of
the university community and plays a major role in cultivating
the academic lives of all students. The Center also satisfies
the day-to-day needs of students, by providing food services,
athletic activities and a University business center. It also
serves as the first window through which prospective visitors
and applicants view the University.

My role and responsibilities at BBG-BBGM
As a senior project designer my responsibilities included
providing conceptual studies, design and construction
documentation, and filing with government agencies, all in
close collaboration with partners and principals of BBG-
BBGM.
My duties covered all projects design phases and necessary

summarized project data, and coordinated project tasks with
team members, interior designers and consultants.

42-story tower and podium: 'Continental Hotel', conference
and fitness center, luxury apartments and condominiums,
retail stores including 'Whole Foods' and 'Best Buy'; parking
garage.
Responsibilities:
- established core and shell drawings including stairs and
vertical transportation system
- documentation of apartment units, layout of hotel rooms,
amenities, and back of house area
- documentation of podium with retail areas and parking
garage, including traffic ramp system
- documentation of mechanical spaces in basement,
intermediate floor levels and roof

My role and responsibilities at B+E
As a senior project architect I was asked to provide a master
plan and to develop solutions for the renovation and extension
of a hospital in Hasselt, Belgium. I worked with and reported
directly to principals and office owners.
My duties included the general project management, providing
design studies, attending monthly coordination meetings in
Belgium, coordination with local architect and consultants,
reviewing necessary code and applicable guidelines, creating
master plan and design development documents.
Selected project: VJZ Hasselt, Hospital in Hasselt, 2006
Feasibility study, master plan and design development based
on a program with an area of 67,000m2 and a budget of 65
Million Euro.
Renovation of existing building and substantial expansion of
hospital facility; master plan submitted for approval to the
state assembly of Belgium

in New York City. DMW was specialized in high-end
residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
My role and responsibilities at DMW LLC
As a senior project manager I worked closely with the
designers on luxury residential housing projects based in New
York City, and on one fashion retail store with bistro at the
Chelsea Market, NYC.
My duties included providing design studies and development
of projects through all design phases; established and
maintained relationships with client principals and consultants;
reviewed code with expeditor, coordination of work with
interior designers and technical staff; filing with government
agencies including the New York Department of Buildings and
the Historic Landmarks Preservation Commission.
Selected project: Janklow 12th Street Townhouse, 2005
Gut Renovation of a Townhouse at 12th Street and 5th Avenue
in NYC. Four story building with basement and rear yard.

As an associate I was responsible for all necessary aspects of

Within a larger project team I was assigned to design and
coordinate the 450 seat auditorium and other public areas
within the school building in Fairfield CT.
