I achieved this by designing the exterior to add rustic charm; redesigning the floor plan, moving the rooms they spent the most time in to the front to maximize lake views; all while maintaining the amenities of their previous home.

7. Residence, 2 Story Addition & Renovation Lake Villa, IL This existing 1 ½ Story home had one large open concept room on the first floor and only one bedroom and bathroom on the second. The entire floor plan was reworked, and a full two story addition added two more bedrooms and bathrooms. 23. Round Lake Community Church Renovation Round Lake, IL All renovations are challenging, especially when it comes to a 75 year old church that is a benchmark of a community. First and foremost, a new Front Entry was designed to make the existing sanctuary handicap accessible. To accommodate a growing congregation and expanding services, a Nursery/Daycare, Conference Room, accessible Bathrooms, and a Warming Kitchen and Fellowship Hall that can seat up to 160 people were added. Martini & Wine Lounge Build-out Richmond, IL Front Views (Before & After) This project was a very special one; I worked very closely with the Owner on every aspect of this Build-out, from the construction drawings to the Opening Night Celebration.
