Explanation of spreadsheet fields:
Name – The name of the entity that will manage requests on behalf of users, lend items or serve as a pickup location.
Library Type - Public, University, State or Special. If none of these types describes your library, enter a generic ter
Function – Choose the function the entity will perform for consortial borrowing:
• Borrowing and Lending
• Lending
• Borrowing
• Pickup
This list is in priority order. If the entity performs more than one function, choose the one that comes first in the list.
Display Name – A shorter form of the entity name. This name should be 40 characters or less. This is the name used
