Kaufman High School conducted a technology review using the Texas Campus STaR Chart. They found strengths in infrastructure and leadership but weaknesses in teaching and learning and educator development. To improve, they propose providing teachers more training and collaboration opportunities, conducting annual staff surveys, and ensuring all classrooms have adequate technology through funding. Their goal is to reach the Target Tech Level in all areas by having all stakeholders work together.
