The directors of Estonian Road
Administration (ERA) enjoyed
ski vacations and Motor Shows
at taxpayers’ expense for years.


The spending had no limits.


By now, the head of ERA has
resigned, three more executives
have been forced to leave.
Five officials had to pay back
about EUR 1,500 each for one
single business trip.
