Condon Elementary School.

read, and mentor
Attending all three
visits is essential
for the program’s

Your buddy will
expect you at each

Three letters per
buddy

after our first two
visits and likely 1
week prior to our
last visit
Briefly recap your
meeting with your
buddy
Talk about reading
Mention next visit
You will also
receive letters!

6. Community Service
CCHS students will receive 15 hours
of community service for
participating in all visits, trainings,
and letters

7. Your Role as a Mentor
These students will look up to you!
Conduct yourself in a mature and
professional manner
Respect differences
Promote reading!
