The Future of Finding Work lies in a state of multi-work, or working in multiple roles at the same time. The idea of a single full-time jobs causes up to 20-25% productivity loss during our tenure (3.5-4.5 years on average). The reality is that we spend up to 8 months just learning our job environments, so why not split your time at multiple different work environments? In addition, we are starting to see new technologies that turn work into platforms that can manage work assignment and logistics for us. [This was presented at TEDxBedminster 2015]
