At the Internet Retailing Expo 2017, I gave a presentation about omnichannel experiences. Across the Magnolia customers who are the most serious about omnichannel, there is a strong pattern of letting the experience, the story and business goals drive the projects—putting technology decisions in the facilitating role. Using the new Pathé Suisse customer journey as example, we dived into how omnichannel gets practical.
