In the beginning (2008-2009)
The MIS Dept. (now ICT Dept.) was characterized by the following:
• Small team size (Only 4 permanent staff )
• Insufficient ICT infrastructure:
No network (Local Area Network) –
No Phone -
Slow and intermittent internet –
No software licenses -
• Non existent web presence
• Policies and procedures gaps
• Skills gaps
• Dormant partnerships
