(1) UNFAIR METHODS OF COMPETITION AND UNFAIR OR DECEPTIVE ACTS. The following are defined as
unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices:
(a) Misrepresentations and false advertising of insurance policies
(b) False information and advertising generally
(c) Defamation
(d) Boycott, coercion, and intimidation
(e) False statements and entries
(f) Stock operations and advisory board contracts
(g) Unfair discrimination
(h) Unlawful rebates
(i) Unfair claim settlement practices
(j) Failure to maintain complaint-handling procedures
(k) Misrepresentation in insurance applications
(l) Twisting
(m) Advertising gifts permitted

(1) UNFAIR METHODS OF COMPETITION AND UNFAIR OR DECEPTIVE ACTS. The following are defined as
unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices:
(n) Free insurance prohibited
(o) Illegal dealings in premiums; excess or reduced charges for insurance
(p) Insurance cost specified in "price package".
(q) Certain insurance transactions through credit card facilities prohibited
(r) Interlocking ownership and management
(s) Prohibited arrangements as to funerals
(t) Certain life insurance relations with funeral directors prohibited
(u) False claims; obtaining or retaining money dishonestly
(v) Proposal required
(w) Soliciting or accepting new or renewal insurance risks by insolvent or impaired
insurer prohibited; penalty
(x) Refusal to insure
(y) Powers of attorney
(z) Sliding
