1. $8.50 per hour, plus $10 bonus for each Prospect Appointment that
shows up and is logged into the CRM tool by the sales team.

2. $2500 per month, plus $25 for each appointment that shows up at
the dealership and is verified by the Sales Manager.

3. $7.75 per hour (starting pay), plus bonuses that are shared by the
CRM team equally when they generate Sales results and Service
revenue.

4. $10.00 per hour plus $5.00 per service appointment that results in
an R.O. and $10 per Showroom Appointment that results in a contact
card.



After making several telephone calls to get this information, we soon
realized that most CRM people are on hourly or salary with an
incentive to generate sales and service appointments that show up at

Car Dealership Business Development Center (BDC) Pay Plan Examples

  • 1. 1. $8.50 per hour, plus $10 bonus for each Prospect Appointment that shows up and is logged into the CRM tool by the sales team. 2. $2500 per month, plus $25 for each appointment that shows up at the dealership and is verified by the Sales Manager. 3. $7.75 per hour (starting pay), plus bonuses that are shared by the CRM team equally when they generate Sales results and Service revenue. 4. $10.00 per hour plus $5.00 per service appointment that results in an R.O. and $10 per Showroom Appointment that results in a contact card. After making several telephone calls to get this information, we soon realized that most CRM people are on hourly or salary with an incentive to generate sales and service appointments that show up at the dealership.
