If I register and send a company check for my fees, when do you need the check?
2006 Highlights
We have many registrants that send in company checks to pay for their registration fees. To confirm
your registration we need to receive the checks one week before the conference. That means your
check needs to be in our office by March 5, 2007. AAISP reserves the right to deny admittance to the
conference if funds have not been received by our deadlines. We are able to accept a credit card at our
registration desk at the conference.
I really can't afford to be out of the dealership for four days. Can I attend only for two days?
We certainly understand that when you are not in the dealership you aren't making money. That being
said the information you will obtain from these sessions will most certainly help make you more money
and become more efficient when you get back to your dealership. We strongly encourage all attendees
to stay fhe two and a half days of these sessions. Some of the more powerful sessions are being held
on Thursday morning, and you really can't afford to miss them. We end the Conference at noon on
Thursday, so attendees can get back early to their home cities.
Do you offer a one day registration?
We will have a limited number of one day registrations available for local area dealers in the Nashville
market. A one day registration is $175.00 and is payable by Mastercard, Visa or Company Check at the
time of registration.
Who will be exhibiting at the show?
We have a number of the top automotive suppliers and vendors to the dealer market promoting their
products and services. Click here to view the full list of exhibitors.
Will the presentations be available after the event?
AAISP members will be able to download the presentations and session notes from the AAISP website

32. 2007 AAISP Digital Dealer Conference and Exposition: Sponsor Exhibit Hall & Booth
Contract (fax to 216-373-3482)
1. Contract for Space
The application for an exhibit space, the formal notice of space assignment by Management and partial payment of rental charges for
exhibit space together constitute a contract for the right to exhibit at the 2007 AAISP Annual Conference (“the Conference”). The
word “Management” shall mean AAISP or its officers, directors, conference department, employees or contractors authorized to act
for it in the management of the Conference.
2. Right to Exhibit
The right to exhibit at the Conference is generally available to those companies providing goods or services for those in the
automotive industry. The Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or products or services for
inclusion in the Conference and shall have the right to exclude or require modification of any display it considers to be unsuitable to or
not keeping with the character of the Conference.
3. Acts Outside of AAISP Control
AAISP shall not be liable to indemnity or reimburse the exhibitor with respect to any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising as a
result of any or alt of the following: fire, flood or any other such cause, government intervention, acts of war, strike, lock-out, labor
dispute, riot or any other event over which Management has no control, including cancellation, postponement, relocation, change in
show installation, or move out or exhibit times as a result of aforementioned events.
4. Hold Harmless Clause
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the
Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Management, Hotel, its owner and its management company, as well
as their respective agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
5. Space Assignment
Conference Management reserves the right to assign booth numbers at its discretion. Management reserves the right to make the final
space assignment or change the space assignment after the exhibitor’s application is accepted, with exhibitor notification, should it be
necessary in the best interest of the Conference. Booth assignment is subject to change pending the fire marshal’s approval.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation of booth space and all other sponsorship options by the exhibitor must be made in writing. Booths and sponsorships so
cancelled shall be returned to Management for general sale. Refunds will be made according to the following scale: for cancellations
occurring on or before January 20, 2007, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations after that date no refunds will be issued.
Exhibitor may “resell” their booth to another company with the approval of AAISP.
7. Use of Exhibit Space
Exhibitors shall not assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of their exhibit space without prior consent of Management.
Exhibitors must display only the goods or services sold by them in their regular course of business. Businesses and organizations
without assigned exhibit space will not be permitted to solicit business or promote products or services at the 2007 AAISP Digital
Dealer Conference & Exposition.
8. Exhibit Booth
All exhibit booths must be open and operating during designated show hours. Exhibit booths must remain stocked and staffed until the
exhibit hall officially closes.
9. Mailing List Agreement
Each exhibitor/sponsor will receive a complimentary electronic mailing list of attendee addresses. The mailing list user agrees not to
disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce or retain any portion of the list in any form whatsoever, including entering into electronic
databases. The mailing list user agrees to reimburse AAISP for all costs which AAISP may incur in enjoining unauthorized parties
from using the registration list in all cases where such unauthorized parties gained access to the membership through the company
