Immunosecretory disorders involve the monoclonal proliferation of B-cells and secretion of immunoglobulins or immunoglobulin portions known as paraproteins. These disorders include monoclonal gammopathies of unknown significance, multiple myeloma, plasma cell leukemia, non-secretory myeloma, solitary plasmacytoma, and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. Multiple myeloma is the most common form and involves extensive bone marrow involvement leading to bone pain, fractures, and kidney damage.
