Mashable reported about 10000 loyal Google Reader users dissatisfied about new version Google Reader and signed petition to save the old version. The author gives reasons to hope save Google Adwords at the same time.

1. Save Google Reader, Save Google Adwords
According to Mashable blog news, to integrate with Google+, Google had
officially upgraded Google Reader Monday. However, this makes many
Google Reader users dissatisfied and about 10000 users sign petition to save
the old version.
This small but maniacally dedicated community of Google Reader users was
able to share stories and comments with each other until Monday, when the
new version of Reader forced them to start using Google+.
Since the changes were announced earlier this month, more than 10,000
users have signed a petition to Google created by Washington, D.C.-based
grad student Brett Keller.
Some disappointed users posted “#OccupyGoogleReader” or
“#OccupyReader” on Google Reader or Twitter to show their dissatisfaction.
Some residents even raised Placards “Save Google Reader #Occupy
Meatspace”in front of the Washington Office to protest.

2. Google has integrated most of its branch service onto Google+. However,
since Google Reader has been integrated with Google+, its share function has
been closed. Some loyal readers would even complain that they can not use
signature any more. This may be the main reason they want to save Google
Reader.
Apart from saving Google Reader, I want to save Google Adwords! Changes
are good but not always. Admittedly, I like the changes of Google Adwords for
showing people a more clear way to use search keywords in the column “Find
Keywords”. But, the searching result really disappoints me. We use Google
Adwords to find low competition key words for a better optimization. However,
the words “Low” “Medium” “High” are not helping. I type the keywords: hootoo,
papatek, usadapter, hootoo.de, olcd, lcdht in the keywords box; only to find all

3. the competition is Low. But, how can I know how low it is. The old Google
Adwords shows more than that.
