- Capital punishment is also known as the death penalty and used to be given to those who commit war crimes. Most of the times the war criminals are sent to life out the rest of their life at a national prison. Because of this they are sentenced to a certain amount of years in prison. The picture is of the Nuremberg trials after the Holocaust. They put the Nazis on trail for killing so many innocent people.

According to Ahmadinejad (Iranian president), such atrocities against innocent civilians constitute war crime and therefore Netanyahu must be tried at an international court for his crimes.
