1. How to recycle old tires
There are many ways and machine to recycle old tires, this article only
specify the simplest, most economical and popular tire recycling line as
below:
Step 1: Put a waste tire on JYQQ-1200 Tire Sidewall Cutter to cut off one
side sidewall, left other side sidewall together with the tire tread, after this
step, 1 whole tire is divided into two parts.
Step 2: Put the output of Step 1 (two parts of a tire) on JYQT-38 Tire Strip
Cutter to cut them into 3-4cm tire strips, then put the 3-4cm tire strip into
JYQK-45 Tire Block Cutter to cut into 3-4cm tire blocks, only left two tire
rims.
Step 3: Put the two tire rims on JYNQ-1200 Tire Bead Separator to divide
them into tire rim scrap & thick steel wire (bunch of steel rings), the thick
steel wire is the final output, can be sold directly. Then put the tire rim
scraps on JYQT-38 Tire Strip Cutter to cut them into 3-4cm tire strips, then
put the 3-4cm tire strips into JYQK-45 Tire Block Cutter to cut into 3-4cm
tire blocks.
Step 4: Put the 3-4cm tire blocks in the Big Vibration Screen by conveyor or
manually, when the Big Vibration Screen vibrating, the tire blocks will go to
the Returning Conveyor, then be sent to the JYXKP-560 Tire Block
Crushing Line to be crushed, the crushed material will fall to the Big
Vibration Screen again, some big material can not pass through the Big
Vibration Screen holes will go to the Returning Conveyor again to be sent to
JYXKP-560 Rubber Crusher to be crushed again, some fine material will
pass through the Big Vibration Screen holes and fall to Big Magnetic
Conveyor(Two Layer) to separate out steel wire, the separated steel wire
will be final output, can be sold directly.
The material after separating steel wire will fall to the Small Vibration
Screen, the screen net sizes can be changed, take installed 30mesh screen
nets as an example in following description, some material can not pass
though the screen net(30mesh), will return to the Returning Conveyor to be
sent to the JYXKP-560 Rubber Crusher to be crushed again, some material
can pass the screen net(30mesh) will go out to Small Magnetic Conveyor I
to separate out possible small steel wire or powder, then sent to NO.1 bag
as output (30mesh rubber powder).
The screen nets can be changed, also can be removed, so that to get

Step 5: If the tires has fiber inside, you can use JYXF-500 Fiber Separator
to separate fiber out.
Step 6: If you want to get superfine rubber powder, you can put the rubber
powder into the 3 Hoppers of JYZM-22 Superfine Rubber Powder Grinding
Line, three built-in Screw Conveyors will feed the rubber powder to 3 pairs
of rotating disc to grind them, then sucked out through air pipes by Blower I
of the Whirlwind Collecting Machine I and sent to JYLX-300 Centrifugal
Screen to screen out Qualified superfine Rubber Powder, the Unqualified
superfine rubber powder will be sent to the 3 Hoppers and be fed to 3 pairs
of rotating disc to be Grinded again.The Qualified superfine rubber powder
will be sucked out through air pipes by Blower II of the Whirlwind Collecting
Machine II and sent to Bag to be packed.
Step 7: If you want to weight superfine rubber powder and pack into
supersacks, you can use screw conveyor feed the rubber powder to
JYDL-25-50 Electrical Weighing and Packing Machine.
