is the expression of group of people who are passionate about the sea and sailing and who
have chosen La Marina di Scarlino as their base.
The Club Nautico Scarlino focuses on the importance of and attention to youngsters, bringing
them into direct contact with sailing. We believe that the combination of the sea and boating
expresses the crucial values necessary to take on life: discipline, respect for the environment,
solidarity and friendship.
As one of our many activities, this is one mission we carry forward with great dedication.
Year after year our efforts have been well- rewarded although we are aware of the long road that
still lies ahead.

Our Club also coordinates important national and international
sporting events.
We will be organizing a program geared to recreational
activities: sailing meetings, get- togethers at the club house,
fishing outings, dinners and also teaching seminars.
A good part of our efforts will go into the development of the
dinghy classes, a discipline which allows the athlete to be in
close contact with the sea and the wind.
Match Racing represents the future and will be another area of
interest for sailing lovers.
Finally, taking into account true maritime traditions, we are
planning special events featuring classical/historical yachts
and plan to establish a blue-water sailing school in the near
future with a special focus on seamanship..
