[object Object],I knew I was bipolar. It is stressful to know that I feel so different day to day… and I cannot even control it.

[object Object],What if I hadn’t drank? What if I had found help earlier? What if..? What if….

Mania ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
[object Object]
Hypomania ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
[object Object],Wish there were more of these days.
Depression ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Sluggish physically and mentally Sleep problems Lack of concentration Feel worthless Wanting to die

Mixed State ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
[object Object],These days are the worst.. I feel so worthless but at the same time I have so much stress.

[object Object],But I guess I’m just not crazy enough yet. Ha. Ha. Ironic, isn’t it? I can’t even reach the ‘ultimate level’ of mania no matter how crazy I already feel..
