Innovative Work

1. INTRODUCTION
Innovation is finding a better way of doing something .Innovation can
be viewed as the application of better solutions that meet none
requirements, in- articulated needs ,or existing market needs. The term
innovation can be defined as something original and, as a consequence ,
new, that “breaks” into the market or society.
Innovative work are the products of novelty that depart from the fact
finding none ways , seeking unexpected solutions etc. In the field of
education there are many ways to conduct innovations in different
fields. How teach something innovatively is the topic.
This innovative work will be helpful to the students to find out the
difficult words especially for the pupils in class VIII. At any time they
can refer this dictionary and understand the meaning of words. This
dictionary will be very useful for students.
This is called as and innovative work because pupils can refer any
words especially the words in the text of class VIII. It is time consuming
and the meanings given are simple and also clear.

3. CONCLUSION
Innovative work help the students to learn innovatively not only. It
shows the innovative ideas to the students but also to the teacher.
