  1. The thing to understand is that a loyal customer is simply someone with whom you have a strong emotional relationship. That only comes when they interact with you and your brand a lot – and there are different levels of that. Now multiply this question by thousands and thousands of people who look for and connect with your business online every day. How do you get thousands of their email addresses? The answer: offer a special.
  5. If you offer someone $1 off or 5% off their next purchase when they sign up for a coupon with their email address, many, many, many people will do it. It makes them feel special, like you’re giving them something extra and like they are loved. They will give you their email address because it’s the most conveninent way for them to receive their special. Once you have the email address, you can message them when you have something important to say.
