- Our process is designed with long term sustainability in mind. Aside from the incidentals, look at the big ticket items (1) Planning, (2) Observer Training, (3) reports Training, (4) EOY Forward Planning, (5) Client Contacts and explain how this moves people through the three primary phases.
- Goals – Not focusing on all safe, unsafes with comments, open issue resolution, diversity in the categories, quantity by user type
- Best Practices – Learning the counting rules, 4 safety truths, focused vs wide band inspection, categories/tasks/groups of people Blended – review of what you learned previous and addition of a few new things
