You need to have a new and a
creative idea

3. Reality -
Old wine served in a new
bottle can do just as well

4. Myth -
Once my idea works, money
and fame will follow overnight

5. Reality -
Patience, a lot of it, is the
biggest key towards making
things happen

6. Myth -
A strong educational
background is all I need to make
it work

7. Reality -
Education helps, but what truly
matters is how street smart you
are

8. Myth -
A lot of money and resources
are a sure shot way to success

9. Reality -
Having a lot of money will help
you invest in your idea, but
doesn’t ensure success

10. Myth -
Since I have no money, backing
up or resources, I cannot take
up this path

11. Reality -
A little bit of something is all
you need. Most importantly,
common sense.

12. Myth -
If I believe that an idea can work
out, it will automatically work
out. The books say so.

13. Reality -
Every entrepreneur becomes
one thinking their idea will work
for sure, but it doesn’t always
work out like that

14. Myth -
Once things work out, it’s going
to be smooth sailing ahead

:) Only if.
There are storms along the
way, all the way.

I will always be happy since I
am doing something I like!

Even though it maybe nice and
fun, work is work. There are sad
times, and sometimes very sad
times.

18. Myth -
All businesses that are running,
specially the ones which are
popular are ‘successful’

19. Reality -
There are some businesses which are
loss making, some which are set to
fail, some which have failed; but you
are made to see a lot of them as being
run successfully.

20. Myth -
Reading, writing and becoming
sure about entrepreneurship,
will surely make me a good
entrepreneur

21. Reality –
The only way to know how to
run a business is to run a
business.

22. It sounds fancy, but
entrepreneurship is not easy
To find freedom, grow at your
pace, do your own thing, you first
need to go through a lot
But the best way to know how it feels
to be an entrepreneur
is to be an entrepreneur
