2. Place the instruments (microphone stands, speak stand, amps, speakers, mixer, etc) in the desired location and set them up. Also place necessary equipments on them.
6. To adjust the height of the mic stand, twist the top hand knob to make it loose, and then star adjusting. Once it is at the desired height, twist the top hand knob the other way to secure it.
34. Leave some extra cable at the mic stand and put into a few loops (so the presenter has enough slack to move around/prevents from putting too much tension on the equipment and damaging it
35. Plug the male end of the XLR cable into one of the mixer input
36. Make sure all the levels of the mixer are turned down
43. While your light fixture is resting on the ground, loosen the clamp bolt at the bottom of the C-clamp by turning it to get ready to hang the fixture
44. Lift the fixture (holding the whole body) and hang it over the electric (the electric should be in between the C-clamp)
45. Finger tighten the clamp bolt, by turning it the other way until it meets the C-Clamp, and make sure the light fixture will stay. Use a wrench if possible to help secure it.
46. If there is a safety cable, unhook it and tie it around the clamp through the yoke and then hook it back. This is to prevent the light fixture from falling in case the C-Clamp becomes loose.
47. Plug the light into the power outlet to start focusing (wear gloves to avoid burns)
48. To move the light from side to side, turn the pan screw
49. To move the light up and down, turn the tilt screw
