El documento analiza los problemas del modelo educativo actual y propone una reforma basada en el aprendizaje práctico y colaborativo mediante el uso de tecnología. Los objetivos son informarse sobre el estado de la educación, analizar reformas propuestas y herramientas tecnológicas que faciliten el aprendizaje. La solución sugerida es distribuir conocimiento a través de cursos en línea, desarrollar habilidades mediante el aprendizaje basado en proyectos, y establecer convenios con empresas para proporcionar experiencias
