7. How does the Apprenticeship Work?
• There are several options open to an employer
interested in taking on an Apprentice.
• The employer has the option of:
1. Putting forward a current member of staff for the
apprenticeship
2. Recruiting an apprentice directly
3. Or allowing an apprenticeship training provider to
provide suitable candidates for you to interview
