At Dr. Swami’s Ophthalmology clinic, patients seemed unhappy as they had to wait for
long to collect their eye check-up reports and then wait further to consult the doctor.
The receptionist would try her best to keep the reports ready, but between handling the
registers, patients and reports, she would often be behind schedule.
Dr. Swami’s clinic then shifted to Clinkare, the complete clinic management software
from Plus91. Reports from the Eye Check Up were now instantly available to the Doctor
via Clinkare during the consultation thereby skipping the entire time consuming wait in
the middle. This allowed Anita the receptionist to focus on handling the appointments
and interacting with the patients.
Dr Swami was happy using Clinkare as now she was getting accurate information of her
patients which enhanced the quality of her diagnosis. Clinkare also impacted the Clinic
atmosphere as it eliminated the queue of patients and family members waiting for
collecting the reports at the reception area.
