2. Salon is a UK based LLP with a pan-European group of highly-
experienced hospitality consultants, seamlessly working together to

3. Our Investigations, Administration and Insolvency work is driven by our
hospitality industry expertise – we have the scope and knowledge
depth to complement the banking industry’s needs

insolvency work to assisting with financial restructuring,
turnaround and innovative consulting solutions, market
repositioning and asset management services.
