A big problem for pedestrians and cyclists is that they have to follow the same route. There is no protection and cyclists always want to pass, making the pedestrians feel like outlaws.

  8. Studenten zijn een grote groep. Zij passeren dit gebied met name van en naar de TU. Touristen komen met de trein. Zij zijn vooral geïnterreseerd in het centrum. Een behoorlijk gedeelte spreekt geen Nederlands, maar waardeert Engelse info Forensen gaan of richting de campus, of richting Delft-Zuid. Deze groep vervolgt de reis lopend, met de bus, of de fiets. Hoeveel zij weten hangt af van de mate van interesse De laatste groep is heel divers in leeftijd, achtergrond en mening. Het zijn met name mensen onderweg of terug uit het centrum. Het zijn in de meeste gevallen mensen die in Delft wonen, en daardoor ook de overlast ervaren van dit project.

  10. • People going to work, e.g. people commuting between Rotterdam and The Hague • Students, e.g. students from Rotterdam studying in The Hague • Tourists , e.g. tourists visiting Amsterdam Some of the passengers might think it is a pity that yet another tunnel is built; travelling by train can be a very visual and therefore cultural experience. Another tunnel means missing out on the beautiful view of Delft.
