1. How to create and embed an Easypolls voting into Twinspace
A very good, easy to use and free, online tool for voting creation with the use of incorporated images and relatively
ease to embed in the Twinspace, suitable for kindergarten and first grades of elementary schools (and not only) is
the Easypolls. ( https://www.easypolls.net/ ) See below a step by step guide on how to create your voting and how
to embed it in a Twinspace page.

on the relative twinspace
section.

and in the first tab
(Questions) you’ll find the
option to create your
voting/survey. The options
here are:
1.Allow respondents to
select one answer only

select more than one
answer
3.Left align and right align
poll content (The right align
is suitable for RTL (right to
left) languages)
4.Question text

6.Text and image or video
7.Text fields
8.Text in the last choice
adds a new field.

which you can enter the
URLs of the images or video
that will be used in the vote.

Return to the Twinspace
and click on the image that
you want to add to the vote

Right-click on the image and
select "Copy Image
Location" or something
similar to copy the URL of
the image

Paste the URL of the image
that you just copy. As you
can see the picture is
displayed directly in the
field of voting

Do the same for as many
images as you want. You can
in the same vote to add
video, which must be
uploaded on YouTube, just
by pasting the relative URL

click on the next tab "Look
& feel" to set the color of
the voting field. By clicking
on the "Customize poll
design" button you are able
to make more choices like
the font type, size etc.

On the next tab "Options"
can be made a range of
settings as whether to be
allowed multiple answers,
changing the displayed
button words, the width of
the voting field and the right
for voting more than once
(especially useful for kinder
garden or anywhere else
where pupils vote with the
same computer).
When finished with these
settings, press "Save"
6. Embedding in the Twinspace

Once you click the "Save"
button, will appear the
sharing options namely:
1. The URL of the voting
page
2. A code to embed the vote
in a page, blog etc.
Copy the URL. The offered
code is not compatible with
the Twinspace security
settings

In code mode, paste the
URL in the page of interest

Now it's time to create your
own code. You have to add
in front and behind the link
(the red part) whatever is in
black. After that, you must
add an s to the URL’s http so
as to become https. The
green part of the code
regulate the height and
width of the frame, you can
experiment with the values
Alternatively you and copy
the whole code and simply
7. replace the red part with
your URL adding an s at the
end of http in order to
become https. (take care
not to erase any of the
parentheses)
Now, the code in the page
should look like this.
Press the "Code" button to
exit code mode

easypoll is embedded in the
page, press "Save" button
to save your work.
