The AVP series was designed for heavy-duty applications. The most evident feature of the AVP
is its lack of visible controls. Form follows function providing an expansive clear work surface to
hold product ready to be sealed.
Side mounted heat and cool timers fitted to a powder coated steel chassis regulate seal
parameters that are critical to obtaining airtight/watertight seals. A one-tap steel encased foot
switch provides hands-free operation. And, of key significance, like the AVN and AVS, the AVP
will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw completely meet, further ensuring operator
safety and uncompromised seal integrity.
The air guage is top grade for accurate calibration. The pressure bar is powder coated aluminum.

problems encountered by military, government and overseas packagers.
Because of the increased use of moisture-proof and vapor-proof enclosures, it is necessary to use
a hand rotary heat sealer that is applicable for both fabrication and closure. In addition to
meeting these requirements, the Continuous Hand Rotary Sealer is portable, light in weight, and
readily adaptable to on-the-job sealing of large items.
Just as important, the machine delivers a high-quality, airtight seal which meets MIL Specs and
is currently in use by military packagers throughout the world.
With the Continuous Hand Rotary Heat Sealer, an operator can seal over splices and thick
overlaps with no problem. Materials commonly sealed include heavy laminates, foils and MIL
