Resolved operation and maintenance problems for $10B Air Force Enterprise network. Provided 24 hour, 7 days
a week support for 327,000 system users. Fielded core services security and support to 54 bases. Strategic
planning, project implementation, and process standardization for 864,000 soldiers. Worked on many systems to
include Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 r2/2012, ISA 2003/2006, Hyper-V, PowerShell,
Exchange 2007/2010, Cluster file servers, Microsoft Lync 2010, and SharePoint. Created and taught a training
program focused on Active Directory, Remedy, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, resolving work orders, and basic
troubleshooting.
