End User Experience SAP & other IT tools are difficult to use Too many tools/apps needed to get the job done Functionality does not work the way I work Not intuitive! IT Reservations • IT focuses on technical capability • IT perceives that capability trumps usability • Cost of New software (product, licenses…) • Focus on User Experience and User Interface reduces throughput Hence, not many innovations …..until now……
