The analysis will be carried out through
meeting of focus group, which will consist of
representatives (mainly teachers) of 10
secondary schools of vocacional education and
representatives of 10 employers from the
Central Bohemian region

8. 2. Preparation of e-learning program and
realization of education:
E-learning form of study represents an
opportunity for teachers to study the issues of
career mentoring individually, at no cost and
without the absences in school.
3. Evaluation of e-learning program
The evaluation will be led by the 10 career
mentors after the study program.

10. An innovative element of the activity will be a
study program based on e-learning. The
activity will link all three stakeholders in the
labour market, i.e. the student, the career
mentor and the employer.
