Oracle presented their roadmap for the GlassFish application server following their acquisition of Sun Microsystems. Key points include: 1) GlassFish will continue to be developed through 100 day releases with Oracle support and integration with Oracle products. 2) Future releases will focus on improved clustering, high availability, and Java EE specification support. 3) GlassFish will remain open source but Oracle will distribute a commercial version with support and additional features.
