Hello everyone, My name is Paul DeVillo. I’m the Web Services manager at The Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County in North Carolina. Presenting with me today are Mr. Tom Cole, a librarian at our Main Library’s Robinson – Spangler North Carolina Room, our Local History and Genealogical Resource repository. Also with us today is Mr. Dale Musselman from OCLC. Tom conceived Live Online Learning as a new means for learning, training, communication and library programming. It is the latest tool in our belt for meeting the changing needs and abilities of both library staff and our patrons. Brief background on PLCMC Tech Scholars program – Tom Cole
