For the newest James Bond movie the Daniel Craig workout has changed.
In Craig's first Bond movie -- Casino Royale... the emphasis was on muscularity and low body fat.
In this latest of the James Bond 007 movies, the workout was very similar but the diet was strict.In
essence the Daniel Craig workout was based on the following repetition and set scheme.Craig
would do four sets -- one of them was a warm-up set -- of each exercise over six week.To get the
maximum results of the training you should vary your workouts every four weeks and typically the
best format would be to use a 13 week cycle. Ideally you would have three phases of four weeks
each.The Daniel Craig workout consisted mostly of compound movements and circuit training. The
rest between each exercise was limited to one minute.Of course with this type of intensive training
is almost mandatory to get eight hours of sleep each evening. You should also drink a minimum of
a gallon of water everyday to facilitate fat loss. Your resistance training should be To three days
per week and on the other three days you should be doing a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes of
cardio.If you are familiar with high-intensity interval training -- this would be the prescribed method
for your cardio workouts.(This workout is very similar to one that a special forces team such as the
Navy SEALs or Army Rangers would utilizing. The focus is on functional strength as opposed to
"showy muscles.")The best part about the Daniel Craig workout is that depending on your goals
the workout can be modified. You can easily do this by modifying the amount of repetitions that
you do.For increasing your lean body mass you should consume more protein. You would
continue workout three days per week four sets of each exercise. You would perform 8 to 12
repetitions of each exercise.For reducing body fat and getting leaner -- you would workout three
days a week -- perform cardio three days per week -- and repetitions would be in the 12 to 15 reps
