This Multi-level for-sale residential project contains 4 levels of
residential over 27,800 s.f of Mixed-use commercial space on
the ground floor. The building is constructed over a 41,000 s.f.
below-grade parking structure, with surface parking and land-
scaping surrounding the retail spaces. A fifth floor Community
Room amenity for the residents frames views of the downtown
Minneapolis skyline to the east.

5. Camerata Apartments is a 220 unit apart-
ment complex constructed on the north side
of the Hoigaard Village development. Ame-
nities include Community Room, Excercise
room, Showers, Outdoor pool and plaza,
Theater room, and Management Office Fa-
cilities.
Four levels of residential units are construct-
ed over a below-grade parking garage. A
two-level parking ramp is also constructed
adjacent to the building to accommodate
the parking needs

6. Adagio Condominiums consists of 58 Resi-
dential units over a 100 stall parking ga-
rage. Extensive green roof is planned over
the portions of parking structure beyond the
footprint of the building, with building char-
acteristics complimentary to the adjacent
projects in Hoigaard Village development

7. The Hoigaard Village Development consist-
ed of extensive soil clean-up and remedia-
tion before construction could begin. Con-
strution of street utilities and the connection
of a substantial stormwater drainage and
pond retention system was coordinated with
the City of St. Louis Park and the Minnehaha
Creek Watershed district.
The stormwater pond is designed to filter
the runoff of several adjacent blocks, as well
as accommodate future development in the
neighborhood.
Walking paths surrounding the site con-
nect to the central Park and Plaza. A public
sculpture was designed for the center of the
plaza, and jointly designed by the architect,
Paul Olson and regional artist, Sonja M. Van-
Guilder.

8. 730 Lofts is completed as the latest of a full
block redevelopment that includes 710 and
720 Lofts in the North Loop neighborhood of
Minneapolis.
This 10-level post-tensioned concrete struc-
ture connects at the base to a multi-level
parking garage with the 720 Lofts building.
Extensive green roof landscaping provides
a much-desired outdoor space around the
buildings. A 10th floor Party Room provides
expansive views of the downtown Minneapo-
lis skyline.

10. This twelve-story, 359 Unit Apartment
building will be located in downtown Min-
neapolis near the Mississippi River. The
site is adjacent to Gold Medal Park and
the Guthrie Theater, and will consist of
385,000 s.f. of residential space con-
structed over a two-story parking struc-
ture. Green roof plaza, amenity spaces,
retail, and townhomes will conceal the
parking structure and provide street-level
scale to the project.

This 50 Unit not for profit Apartment
building is part of an urban redevelop-
ment of a grain elevator site in northeast
Minneapolis. Another 38-unit apartment
building was first constructed on the site,
as well as townhouses completed by
Habitat for Humanity.
The client is teaming with Cabrini House
to include training and counseling for the
residents in the building. Multi-purpose
meeting rooms, and access to services
creat a desirable living community for
the residents.

13. The building owner and client consulted

14. Slawik Office Building
West St. Paul, Minnesota
This two-story office building is located at the top
of a hill in West St. Paul, overlooking the
Mississippi river valley and Robert street below.
Located near commercial and residential areas,
the materials and sloping roof forms transition
well with the residential neighborhood across the
street. Large skylights on the second level
provide a dramatic, open floor plan with
expansive views out of the large window
openings. A common circulation lobby provides
access to both sides of the 15,600 square foot
office building.
The offices of Anderson Dale Architects moved
to this facility upon its completion

15. Olson Cabin
Lake George, MN
Envisioned as a vacation home for recreational use,
`
this cabin was constructed so it could be used year-
round or even as a full-time residence.
The two-car garage contains a finished upper level
loft guest space, complete with bath facilities, heat,
and storage space. A metal roof was installed for
low-maintenance, durability, and reference to the
north woods rural character.
The house was constructed with a walk-out
basement containing future bedroom, bath and
recreation room. The main floor contains a
bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining and living room
spaces. The living room and dining spaces can be
viewed from a second level loft accessed by spiral
stair.
The hillside bluff of this lakeshore site provides
privacy, as well as incredible views across the lake
and through the woods.

16. Battle Creek Community
Recreation Center
The City of Saint Paul Division of Parks and
Recreation commissioned Anderson Dale
Architects to design a new Recreation Center for
Battle Creek Park. The site is adjacent to an
existing elementary school, and a large regional
county park that hosts cross-country skiing,
bicycling, and hiking trails.
The natural setting of the site helped generate a
building that relates equally well to the park , the
school, and to the ball fields.
Spaces within the facility include a full-size
Gymnasium, a Multi-Purpose Room (or smaller
Gym), Kitchen, Concessions, Weight room,
Meeting rooms, Arts & Crafts, a day care
Classroom, and Staff Offices.
This latest Recreation Center for the City of Saint
Paul will provide much needed services to this
community and allow for future growth of the
recreational needs in this area.
