13. Design and Engineering
Engineering
Our engineers go to work, designing cable layouts,
reviewing equipment specification and placement,
assessing space, power needs and ventilation
requirements. CAD drawings are produced to fully
document the projects development and
communication with the Buyer and designers.
Equipment integration and function is also
determined and documented for programming. This
is done for centralized systems and for Local and
Hybrid systems.

18. Training & Support
Training
Sometimes, the completion of a project signals the start of operational challenges.
With this in mind and to eliminate the smallest fears, we ensure the most diligent follow-up care to all the systems we
install, through customised ‘preventative maintenance and service agreement plans’. Apart from sourcing and
implementing the world’s most reliable products and services, we also provide much needed local support, both during
the process of installation/ integration, and well after it is completed. Irrespective of whether your system is newly
installed or merely upgraded, our agreements and the end-user training sessions we provide go a long way in keeping
your system optimised for long.
After Sales and Maintenance
The knowledge of users’ expectations is a major subject for an integrator of technological solutions. Our
maintenance teams are available in proximity of UAE sites to ensure a perfect follow-up of the installations and delivered projects.
Preventive Maintenance
We visit all achieved projects under maintenance contract several times a year and thus detect potential case of breakdowns, then we act
immediately.
Corrective Maintenance
A hot line number is available when a contract is signed. It is thus possible to get the breakdown fixed right before an important event on board or
the departure of Ship. The telephone assistance service avoids operating errors of first level and enables to fix many problems by telephone
diagnosis or external data-processing. Technicians’ intervention starts in the event of breakdown.
