 Set goals twice a year, review them monthly and review key goals

 Put yourself in a state that everything you want you will get
 Absolute expectation without limit
 What would you like to master
 What are your career goals
 Where would you like to go
 What would you like to be
 What skills do you want to have
 What character treats do you want to have
 What would you like to create
 What do you want to accomplish
 Anything you would like in next 1 to 20 years

 Now you should have a decent list
 Now go through the list
 Goals are dreams without a deadline
 Put 1,3,5,10 or 20 or less next to the goals
for the time you want to achieve it
 Now select the top 3 one year goals that you
are absolutely committed to making sure
that they happen in the next 12 months

 1,2,3,5,10,20 years
 You may not know how you will do it but
the more committed you are the probability
is that you will receive them sooner
 Now pick the top three for the next year
 Write why you are committed to have them
in your life in the next year

 Where do you want to be financially in 5
years
 Now put 1,3,5,10 and 20 after each point
 Take top 3 one year goals and write why
you are committed to making sure it
happens

year or say 5 years
 Again let your mind go wild
 There is nothing to stop you
