physical chemical or biological characteristics of air,
water and soil that may harmfully affect the life or
create a potential health hazard to any living organism .

Motor Vehicles act.
Ind. Pollution: Technologies to check and destroy particles
released by industrial plants
Noise Pollution: By planting more trees to reduce sound levels,
Nuisance check squads, silencing devices etc.

Biological: Domestic wastes, Solid wastes,
Ind. Wastes and Effluents: Heat and Radio Active Substances
from thermal power plants.
Agricultural Discharges: Fertilizers and Pesticides through rain
and irrigation via drainage pattern
