I have more than 8 years of experience with development and 5 years of experience with Microsoft Technology. I’m graduate in Computer Programming and System Analysis in 2012 and Post gratuated in Information Technology Project Management in 2013.
I’m passionated about my profession, I spend a lot of time learning about new languages and I'm improving my skills about technologies that I already know. I enjoy to put in practice this knowledge and to make it usefull for people, also, I enjoy to share my studies with my friends and colleagues.
The other reason why I like what I do are the possibilities that this profession turns possible; For example, I believe that this profession is able to change the worker's life. I mean, a young worker can earn a lot of money being a programmer, and if this worker create a sucess app, he can became a sucessful man. I can sit at a computer and turn an ideia into something tangible, something profitable. There are endless possibilities and due to that I like so much this profession.
due to that = because of that = that’s why Therefore = por conta disso
When I start my job I don’t see anything around me. I go inside my mind and nothing more matters to me, just my computer, my code, my project and my team.
I think two heads think better than one. I love sharing my opinion, discussing about something, asking for help when I’m stuck.
Everyday, before I start my tasks, I list the mainly tasks, I think how I can do this tasks faster and with quality as well.
I started working with Asp.NET doing maintenence in a website with Web Forms technologies, I already knew about HTML, CSS and Javascript, but I improved my skills and put in practice some concepts of HTML5, JQuery, Ajax and Devexpress.
After that I started a project to share informations with partners. We chose the WCF technology and we applied Restful with JSON in this project. Some years passed and we understood that WebAPI technology is better and easier than WCF, then we migrated the project to this technology, always using the best practices with agile methodology, such as SCRUM and Kanban. To the version control we had used was TortoiseSVN, but in the last year we started to use Git.
Some old projects worked with SOAP, XML, ADO, then I worked a lot with these technologies too. but we started to use Enitiy and Linq to the new projects. Weeks before I left the company, my boss was learning about AngularJS and NodeJS and I think that is possible that they are migrating the technologies. I started learning about AngularJS and NodeJS by myself.
I have a lot of experience with TortoiseSVN because I used in several projects in my last position. In six months ago I have been using GitHub to control my repositories.
I am expert in SQL Server and also familiar with complex queries, triggers, procedures and functions. In my last position we did a inventory control, this project is very sensitive because we can’t sell tickets that we din’t have.
I used MySQL and PostgreSQL in few projects. MySQL I used with the Marketing team sector and PostgreSQL I used on university.
I have deep knowledge in IIS configuration, I was responsible for all deploys in my last position.
I worked in a project that had the objective of share tour packages with partners. We started the project using WCF technology, but after that we integrated the tour packages with the Decolar.com, we realized that WCF technology wasn't good enough to attend the partner’s need. Therefore, we migrated the technology to WebAPI using Stateless feature and hosted the project in a “Load Balance” service. This project was a sucess and it continuing until now.
The other project that I worked and got sucess was an integration of the Frequent-flyer program with bank Itau. The bank Itau is one of the most value bank of Brazil and we did a deal with their to sell tour packages. I was responsible to integrate the sales with the backoffice system. We used the Delphi technology to this project, with it we created a robot that read a queue every ten minutes and post some informations about the sale. For manage these informations we developed some reports that showed the values, fees and profits.
Goals achieved: New website, help marketing area with smart solutions and tools, CMS, create new envireatment for test, homologation and production deploys.
