• To make and distribute via ERP all fabric/trims requirements to concern depts.
• Close follow up with buying regarding yarn dips, fabric lot and trims /embellishment
approvals.
• Strongly implementation of TNA for all the styles running in production to
prevent sliding of any activity well in advance.
• Strong coordination with production/ppc dept. for styles follow up.
• To review samples, strike off, trims and production fabric before sending
to buyers for approval.
• To create confirmation of purchase and follow up with vendors for the
Counter sign copy.
• Sending fabric, production samples (pp sample, size set, top sample)etc. to the
buyers and getting them approved in time
• Ensuring for timely approval of orders by adopting T & A Plan.
• Handling new development of samples and accessories to buyers.
• Following merchandize at various stages of production and feed back to buyers.
• Costing and negotiating of prices and deliveries with the buyers.
• Keeping track of requirements relating to sampling development and production.
• Procurement of fabric and raw materials and accessories for production.

• B.Com (Pass) from Delhi University.
• One year Diploma Course in Fashion Designing from
National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.
