participant and fostering those values in the people

• Through meditation transform the world

4. Meditation
• We have mind and a body, other said there is
Spirit.
• The mind is like a glass of water.
• We normally apply ink and start to move the
glass, from one side to the other.
• So , we dont have a clear view of reality.
• Meditation is putting down the glass, relax
and wait to see how the ink goes down, and
you will have a clearer sight.

5. Dhamakaya Meditation
• There are several ancient methods to practice
meditation,in Thailand and at Peace Revolution we use
the Dhamakaya method.
• First of all you have to sit down very comfortable, take
out all thoughts, sit relax, and close your eyes.
• Then use a rounded object (a sun, apple, moon) and
reduce its size, swallow it and move into the center of
the body, after you can imagine an object you can
move your mind to the center of the body, that is the
best place for feel peace.
• You can use a mantra to keep the disturbing thoughst
out of the equation.

• Described by many authors, but specially by
Peikoff
• Promotes thinking from yourself
• Take an objective view of the facts
• Dont follow misticism, because it will affect the
objective viewpoint

7. So, ¿meditation is objective?
• Some people will think its some kind of misticism
techniques…
